Our trainers
Monash Professional trainers provide expert knowledge and context-based practical applications. They have relevant industry qualifications and can consult on corporate-specific course development. Program delivery focuses upon the practical application of theory through our up-to-date programs.
Our selection process is stringent and trainers must be able to provide evidence of:

- a minimum four years experience as a professional trainer
- an extensive body of knowledge in a specialist area
- an awareness of the latest developments in their specialty area
- their ability to enhance course curriculum
- expertise as a "consultant"
- strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- a commitment to practical, "hands-on" and interactive learning methods
- familiarity with the latest approaches to adult learning
- a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
- a commitment to continuous improvement.
In addition, Monash Professional provides feedback to trainers directly from participants through an evaluation process conducted at the end of every course. This covers their:
- facilitation of quality discussion to stimulate thinking and interaction
- ability to communicate
- knowledge of their subject matter
- presentation skills.
This feedback enables Monash Professional to be responsive in the development and continuous improvement of the services it offers.
