Overview:

This course provides an overview of different frameworks and tools that are utilised in order to achieve improvements throughout the organisation, from both a strategic and operational point of view. It also provides guidelines to present information to executive management. Concepts of activity based management are explained and demonstrated in detail, as well as Balanced Scorecard and Performance Management.

This is part of the Monash Professional Business Process Analysis and Optimisation course, comprising ten days instructor led training. Course 616 Unit 3 - Business Process Metrics is the third unit and can be taken in conjunction with:

  • unit 1, Course 604: Process Mapping, Analysis and Modelling
  • unit 2. Course 606: Data Modelling
  • unit 4 Course 626: Software Tools for Process & Data Modellers
