This course consists of 3 days of lab-based instruction as a highly practical introduction to Cisco’s IP Telephony solutions. It covers common IP Telephony end devices and both dedicated and router-based Cisco Call Manager Express systems and is therefore relevant to SMB and corporate communications systems.
This course consists of a series of hands-on labs interspersed with class presentations focussed on the relevant technologies.
Primarily focused on those who will have the responsibility for implementing or selecting IP Telephony solutions in corporate environments, this course would also be advantageous to those in the sales and technical support areas.
Before attending this course, you should have completed the Course 207 (Voice Over Internet Protocol and IP Telephony). It is also expected that you will have a technical understanding of LAN and WAN technologies.
