Requirements
In order to ensure eligibility for an internship program in Australia, there are a number of requirements that must be met. The list below details the various pieces of information you are required to provide to Monash Professional at the time, and in support, of your application. Please submit by email:
- A completed Application Form
- A current Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume showing all previous education and work experience (submit electronically)
- Cover Letter stating why you would like to do an internship and what you are hoping to gain from the experience (submit electronically)
- Academic transcripts (in English) - scanned and certified copy of university results
- Passport - bio page and any stamped pages
- Photos Passport size and style
- A letter from the university (if a compulsory requirement for credit)
- Proof of funds - showing you (or your family) are able to financially support yourself during the internship
- Proof of Personal Liability, Travel and Medical insurance. If you do not have these, Monash Professional can arrange them for you.
- Evidence of your English proficiency - a minimum of Upper-Intermediate (IELTS 6.0) is required and validated by Official results of an IELTS, TOEFL or Cambridge examination
- Police clearance/character reference checks, health checks, as requested. Note: Certain visas may require additional documents. These will be advised at the time of application. For further information on visas please visit The Department of Immigration & Citizenship website: www.immi.gov.au.
Please note that a A$350 deposit is required immediately on receiving confirmation of your application. Processing is suspended until the payment is received.
