Fashion Internships in Italy
Location
The Italian Language School is located in a beautiful art nouveau building in the heart of cosmopolitan Milan. Your internship will also be with a Milan based fashion company.
Applicant Requirements
Applicants must be over 18 years of age with a diploma or degree in fashion. Applicants should also have an intermediate level of Italian language but we can arrange an extension of your compulsory Italian language course to reach this level if required. Applicants should also have an up to date portfolio of their design work.
Length of Program
Italian language course: minimum four weeks
Internship: two, three or four months
Program fees
4 weeks language + 8 weeks internship A$2,995 + GST
4 weeks language + 12 weeks internship A$3,295 + GST
4 weeks language + 16 weeks internship A$3,500 + GST
Program inclusions:
- Four week Italian language course. This can be a general Italian course or a preparation for the fashion industry Italian course for those with a more advanced language level Internship placement with a Milan fashion house
- Language placement test
- Ongoing monitoring and support from our partner in Italy
- Monthly social activities
- Assistance obtaining a tax number
- Public liability insurance
- Certificate of participation on completion
- Letter of reference from your host company
A range of support services are offered by Monash Professional and its partner in Italy, for all students undertaking an internship in Italy.
Accommodation options
- Homestay with or without meals
- Shared flat
- Independent flat
Visa requirements
Applicants staying in Italy for less than 90 days do not require a visa. For those staying longer than 90 days, you will require a student visa. Monash Professional will help you with your visa application.
