There are two types of internships on offer in China:

- English Teaching Internships
A range of support services are offered by Monash Professional and its partner in Beijing, for all students undertaking an internship in China.
Professional Internships
This program will offer you the ideal combination of a professional internship, which will provide invaluable experience in your chosen field, and the opportunity to live abroad and explore the rich Chinese language and culture. It is a practical way for you to experience China and make good contacts for your future career.
This program begins with a minimum four week Mandarin language course in Beijing followed by a professional internship in the field of your choice. You will be guaranteed an internship placement with an international company in Beijing for a length of 8 – 26 weeks.
Internships can be undertaken in a range of industries including business administration, human resources, language teaching, marketing, hospitality, sports and more.

English Teaching Internships
Our teaching program in China offers you the chance to immerse yourself in one of the most diverse and exciting cultures in the world. China is a land of amazing contrast and constant change. Experience the ancient wonders of the Great Wall and Terracotta Warriors or the modern architecture of Shanghai. Enjoy the different scenery, cultures and culinary joys of the Middle Kingdom.
By joining our teaching program in China, not only will you be given a teaching placement in an exciting region of China, you will also gain TEFL qualifications and receive Mandarin language lessons.
Our program consists of a four week introductory TEFL training course and orientation followed by a guaranteed teaching placement for either one or two semesters.
