The Australian climate
Australia is a great place to live in all year round. Its vastness provides different climatic conditions and features the tropical north (Northern Territory, Queensland), the arid centre with large areas of dessert (Northern Territory and Western Australia) and the temperate south and south east which takes in the popular cities of Sydney and Melbourne.
Outdoor sports enthusiasts can enjoy diving in the tropical waters of the Great Barrier Reef in northern Queensland during Summer and in Winter ski on the slopes of the Snowy Mountains in Victoria. The beautiful conditions also allow for relaxation on the beach or in the water, outdoor dining and barbeques with friends, or attending events.
